The Everest poker online poker room has launched since early February 2009 a series of free for the Everest Poker European Cup (EPEC) 2009, satellite tournaments a tournament designed for amateur players.

200 European players will be qualified online and live tournaments for the live final of the EPEC to be held from 9 in 10 May 2009 at the Chia Pearl Resort in the South of Sardinia, Italy. The finalists will share 100,000 € price put on the table by Everest Poker.

Satellites freerolls tournaments are provided by Everest Poker for the countries of Europe in a separate calendar. To enter without these tournaments you need present 10 accumulated Everest "Summit" points by playing on the room online tables.

On the online Everest Poker , room 30 French players will be qualified directly via the 2 EPEC qualifying tournaments and 30 March 2009. Satellites online to join these two direct entry tournaments are held all Mondays and Wednesdays from 2 February.

Belgian poker players can try to win four seats for the live final Italian via online on Everest tournaments all Mondays 2-23 March.

The Swiss poker players can try to win eight seats for the live final Italian via online on Everest tournaments also every Monday from 2 to 23 March.

Qualifying live poker tournaments for final EPEC are reserved for new players on the Everest Poker room, it is to say to the players with an account less than 90 days before the dates registration to the live events. Join the live tournaments are on the Everest room (click on "special" in the tournament tab and select your choice tournament)

These live tournaments will take place in francophone payroll on 21 February at Namur and 1 March in Paris. Two other tournaments are open to all players: February 21 (Espinho) Portugal and Spain on February 28 (Salamanca)
